Local Premises Terms & Conditions

1. Jibika Plexus web version is absolutely free for Jibika HR & Payroll desktop user.
2. Once you migration to web version then you cannot be back to desktop version.
3. Client has to arrange a dedicated server for Jibika Plexus database. (Server minimum configuration mentioned in our web site)
4. Client has to bare only the implementation cost for Server configuration & Installation, Data migration, Attendance & Payroll policy customization, Training & 6 month’s support.
5. Only employee information data will migration to web version.
6. Beside web version we will run desktop version simultaneously and support as long you want carry the desktop version.
7. The AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) cost will be review.
8. Database backup and disaster recover policy execute by client as per schedule task.
9. Training will be on client and Jibika both premises.
10. If you want to operate the software from outside then you have require real IP with at least 5 MB internet speed and stable connectivity.
11. For online support client have to share the server access to Jibika technical team.
12. For online support client have to use Skype communication and desktop sharing software Team viewer V9 or Any desk.
13. For security reason we will not share database credential.

Jibika Cloud Service Terms & Conditions

1. Jibika Plexus web version is absolutely free for Jibika HR & Payroll desktop user.
2. Once you migration to web version then you cannot be back to desktop version.
3. Client no need any server but has to maintain stable internet connectivity.
4. Client has to bare only the implementation cost for Server configuration & Installation, Data migration, Attendance & Payroll policy customization, Training & 6 month’s support.
5. Only employee information data will migration to web version.
6. Beside web version we will run desktop version simultaneously and support as long you want carry the desktop version.
7. The AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) cost will be review.
8. Server hosting cost will be added with AMC yearly / monthly basis.
9. The AMC and hosting cost have to pay advance otherwise cloud service can be held.
10. Database backup and disaster recover policy execute by both side combined schedule task.
11. Training will be on client and Jibika both premises.
12. To operate the software need at least 2 MB internet speed and stable connectivity.
13. Without internet connectivity or offline the software will not be available.
14. Cloud server maintenance by Jibika authority and we will not provide any server access to any client.
15. For online support client have to use Skype communication and desktop sharing software Team viewer V9 or Any desk.
16. For security reason we will not share database credential.
