Read the terms & conditions carefully
    1. Full technical support for jibika system.
    2. Online support through team viewer v9 or Anydesk.
    3. If required any physical support then our expert will go to your premises.
    4. Software update version will provide in AMC period.
    5. Training if required for jibika software in AMC period.
    6. Setup the backup policy to recover from disaster.
    7. Database retrieves and re-establish of Jibika system.
    8. Recover the database from backup if machine damage by virus.
    9. If required any minor customization on jibika, that will be develop in this contract period.
    10. If required any addition reports, that will be delivered within contract period.
    11. Database recovery depends on backup availability and client will fully responsible to keep backup.
    12. Client should arrange proper equipment to take backup like external HDD, Cloud service, UPS.
    13. In case of UPS failure HDD crashed or burning case, If client don’t reserve any backup DMP file then Jibika authority will not responsible for that.
    14. The client should DMP file and Jibika’s essential file backup daily basis.
    15. Client have to check the server health regularly and network troubleshooting on time.
